Mock Chipotle Bowl

Ingredients:
1.9-2lbs Flank Steak
1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
1 Black pepper, Ground
1 tbsp light Brown sugar
1tsp Oregano
1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Chili powder
3/4 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 red onion
1 lemon
1 lime
3/4 beef stock
Instructions:
slice steak acrossthe grain into thin strips and add to the instant pot
Thinly slice the onion and add to the instant pot
Add the lemon juice, lime juice, chili powder, brown sugar, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt, black pepper, and beef stock. Mix well and let stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
Once beef has had time to marinade, cook on high pressure for 6min
after cooking let it sit for 15min before undoing pressure
Serve with avocado, homemade pico (next recipe), and Fage 0% as a sour cream alternative!
