Egg White Bites

Ingredients:

• 700g egg whites total⁣

• 1 cup spinach⁣

• 36g cheese ⁣

• 1/2 cup bell peppers ⁣

• Garlic powder ⁣

• Basil seasoning ⁣

• Salt + pepper ⁣

• top with 7g Chickfila sauce (optional)

Instructions:

1. Pour egg whites in evenly (about 60g per muff hole)

2. Sprinkle toppings in evenly

3. Cook at 400 for 20min
