Brussel Sprouts





Ingredients:

  • 1 cup halved Brussel Sprouts

  • about 10g Honey

  • balsamic glaze (has to be the glaze) about 15g

  • salt + pepper

  • olive oil spray

  • bacon bits if you're feeling boujee (not included in macros)


Instructions:

  1. Rise and half the brussels

  2. Lay them face up on a baking sheet and spray with olive oil

  3. Salt and pepper them and place into oven on 400 for 20-25m until golden and cripsy

  4. drizzle honey and balsamic glaze on top

  5. portion out 1 cup brussels on plate and enjoy
