Asian Lettuce Wraps




Base + Toppings-

  • 3 Lettuce Leafs

  • 4.5oz Chicken Breast

  • Matchstick Carrots

  • 45g Edamame

Chicken Marinade-

  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1.5tsp sesame oil

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 3tbsp Natural Creamy PB

  • 2tbsp Rice Vinegar

  • 2tbsp Honey

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil

  • 2tbsp Soy Sauce Low Sodium

  • 1tsp Grated Ginger

  • 2 closed minced garlic

  • 2 tsp Sriracha

  • 2tbsp Water


Instructions:

  1. Cook 1-1.5 lbs chicken breast in crockpot with marinade for 5-6hrs

  2. Wash lettuce and prep on a plate

  3. Shred the chicken and place 4.5oz evenly on each leaf

  4. top with toppings

  5. pour a tad bit of the dressing on each wrap
